daoCAT is a community governance system built for the daCAT ecosystem. The Governance Hub gives Legends a structured place to propose ideas, participate in polls, establish standards, track follow-through, and preserve a permanent history of community decisions.

Before applying: confirm that you own at least one official HATS n’ daCATs NFT, currently hold at least 500 billion $daCAT, and have a .eth ENS name or subname that resolves to your wallet. The ENS and resolved wallet must be unique to your Legend identity and are checked privately before approval. These certified entry standards also apply when an inactive or formerly restricted Legend reapplies; they do not automatically requalify existing Active Legends.
