Membership scope

At least one HATS n’ daCATs NFT, a verified holding of at least 500 billion $daCAT, a verified ENS identity, and private application approval are required for new applicants and returning members who must reapply. Existing Active Legends are not automatically requalified by these entry standards. Holdings and ENS names never create additional voting authority.
