Required re-vote of POLL-006-R1. The original poll reached quorum, but a tie prevented a certifiable outcome. This ballot repeats the same question and choices so the community can reach a final decision. Previous ballots do not carry over; every eligible Active Legend must cast a new ballot. Final turnout: 14 of 16 eligible Active Legends. POLL-004 quorum required 8 ballots (at least 50%, rounded up to a whole Legend when needed). This record documents the community result; any outside implementation requires separate authorization.
